Portfolio Data Analyst

**Data Guru Wanted at Bupa on a **1-year**FTC.**

**Your Contribution**:

- Own all aspects of the reporting framework including the maintenance of the data framework as well as the development of new reports / enhancement of the current framework.
- Responsible for the overall quality as well as the presentation of all reports (MIS & Operational) Responsible for providing detailed data analysis providing deep insights and surfacing trends Responsible for assisting the in the overall portfolio management process that may include updating source data, making enquiries and assisting in any portfolio change management activities as required.
- Assisting the team with PI planning (Big room planning) as well as intake sessions as required Support the design and adoption of an end-to-end portfolio framework to optimise current overhead and increase investment slate throughput of value-based initiatives.
- Responsible for the developing and maintaining all documentation in relation to the data.
- Assist and implement HI Portfolio team “continuous improvement” model to ensure focus is maintained in BAU on uplifting performance and productivity. You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.

**Your Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 +years data analytics experience working in a large organisation is a must.
- High proficiency in ADO is a must
- Complex stakeholder management and engagement skills, including communication to executive and C[1]level audiences
- Commercial acumen - experience operating within benefits and value realisation frameworks, including cost effective delivery and productivity measurement
- Established industry and market skills and relationships within the agile and modern delivery spaces - e.g. Scrum Alliance, Agile Business Consortium, etc
- Stakeholder management, planning, organisation, decision making and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work effectively.
- High level of flexibility with a strong ability to lead teams successfully through cultural, process, system and transformational change.
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems and to thrive on challenges requiring innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Approachable demeanour with an ability to resolve conflicting priorities and emergencies in a considered manner.
- Strong experience managing a library of data records
- Strong experience facilitating large workshops
