The Well Managed Analyst role is responsible for supporting Data leaders to achieve consistent best practice management of portfolio financials, cost optimisation, risks and controls. This role will have extensive experience of assessing risks and monitoring controls and supporting senior leaders with the right information to drive robust, informed decisions.

What will your day look like
Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders within the data portfolio to demonstrate adherence to ANZ operational risk and compliance requirements
Raise awareness on effective operational risk and compliance practices across data portfolio
Assist in preparing for regular business performance review forums to provide insights into management of risk, financial and people planning to drive business performance
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
A working understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, common practices of controls, data protection/privacy obligations and issue management
A working understanding of technology as a cause of risk and common practices of controls for technology assets
Business Analysis experience with understanding of financial management
Experience in automating work processes and/or use of data visualisation tools
Experience working in an agile environment, including tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred
