**Our client**

Our client is a large property group that has experienced strong growth in recent years. With a dynamic and respected leadership team, the group has an ambitious growth plan that will see it further cement its position and expand its Australian presence. Due to this growth plan they have the need for an Analyst - Property Accounting, Planning & Reporting to support a key property team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure monthly reports, board reports and annual accounts are accurate and prepared in a timely fashion
- Support the annual divisional business plan process which includes managing group and divisional deadlines, presentation material, scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Support the monthly cash flow modelling & reporting function including actual/forecast against budget analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis and process improvement
- Manage the external audit process of the divisional Financial Statements
- Monthly and quarterly activity bank reporting and investor reporting
- Partner the Finance and Business Leadership teams to ensure strategic plans are achieved and exceeded
- Support the manager in ensuring accounting treatments meet accounting standards whilst achieving an optimal result
- Ensure compliance with audit, tax and other regulations

**Required Qualifications**
- Membership of CPA/CA or equivalent

**Required Experience**

You will have a proven and demonstrable track record in:

- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting with a large organisation or property accounting or a proven track record from Big 4 Audit
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver objectives
- Experience in developing, tracking and reporting financial and non
- financial information
- Advanced Excel skills
