**The Opportunity**

This an exciting opportunity to work directly for a major investor in premium-grade property across all primary property sectors. This includes direct property investment, as well as co-investments in pooled funds.

As a key member of the real assets team, your direct focus is on Australian property, and together with the Head of Property, you will be responsible for the financial performance, strategy, and reporting of existing and new investments across traditional and emerging sectors.

This position will provide you with the opportunity to develop experience looking at real estate investing as the investor or capital behind specific deals, and as an investor in established property funds.

Current investments are placed with some of Australia's leading institutional fund managers, and as the Investment Analyst, Property - you will be across all investment management & transactions on direct property.

Some standout features of this opportunity are driven by the leadership approach of your executive manager, who wishes to impart a highly inclusive style. This will provide the Investment Analyst to be involved in every call, every meeting, and all travel.

The role will provide wonderful external facing exposure to business leaders in leading Australian REITs in intimate meeting settings, many networking opportunities at external industry events, as well as interaction with agents, valuers, and other vendors on transaction activity.

You will be dealing with your active investment managers (fund manager, fund analyst, and asset manager mostly) on all decision-making on existing investments.

It is anticipated you have at least three years of experience in the Australian property industry AND seeking the opportunity to build your career in property within the superannuation/capital level.

Bachelor's Degree essential, Masters's Degree / CFA will be valued highly.

Experience to date may have been gained at the fund management level, or at a property level. Valuation experience would also be an advantage.
