**Job Description**:
Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers. Join our team as a Proeprty Analyst and deliver unrivalled retail leasing services to our client, a national financial institution.
Based in the Sydney CBD, you will perform market assessments and rental valuations for the retail leasehold portfolio. In this key role you will drive the external determination processes for options and mid-term reviews, supporting the Leasing team in their transactions.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Completing retail rental market assessments of the group's branch network.
- Providing determination and advice to the retail leasing teams.
- Managing rental determination and valuation processes
- Conducting financial feasibilities
- Negotiating and assisting with complex lease-dependent market rent review and exercise of option renewals
- Ensure all documentation prepared contains current, error free data and is produced as required in a timely manner
- Ensure strict adherence to client policy, procedures, limits of authority and turnaround times
- Deliver quality service levels to all external and internal stakeholders where engagement responsibilities are allocated
**Qualifications**:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Experience assessing market conditions in retail leasehold property
- Ability to interpret and understand retail lease documents
- Intermediate level Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access Database, property management software.
- Knowledge of retail leasehold determination procedures and processes would be an advantage
- Undertaking or completion of Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics and/or Valuations
