**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead our clinic's operations and administration. As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our clinic and management of regional outreach clinics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient communications, invoicing, and staff management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Assist with managing financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and accounting.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist with leading, mentoring, and supporting our team of physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
- Coordinate with external providers and referral networks.
- Assist with expanding current referral networks and implementing strategies for business growth.
- Oversee marketing and outreach efforts to grow the clinic's patient base.

**About You**
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager, preferably in a physiotherapy or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficient in practice management software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and billing procedures (including but not limited to Private Health, NDIS, Workcover, Medicare, DVA, CTP, and Aged Care).
- A passion for health, wellness, and patient-centered care.
- Experience creating and managing social media platforms for business (preferred but non-essential)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not essential based on previous experience).
- Relevant certifications in healthcare or practice management are a plus.
