Our Client

Our client has been providing industry-leading poultry products to the Australian market for over 40 years. Producing over 80 thousand ducks per week, this family owned and operated business prides themselves on their staff, ensuring the highest quality of duck meat and eggs. Located in Maraylya, NSW (1 hour North-West of Sydney CBD) our client's Broiler Farm is looking for an Assistant Farm Manager to join their team.

The Role

The Assistant Farm Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of the farm. Working with the onsite Farm Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of duck welfare and farming practices. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Monitoring the ducks

Managing feed and water

Litter management

Daily reporting and record keeping

Cleaning sheds and equipment

Tractor operating

Maintaining the property and facilities

Any other operation tasks as requested by the manager

About You

Driver's Licence

Ability to work alone and in a team

Confident operating tractors and other machinery

Physically fit and energetic

Have good attention to detail

Ability to work Saturdays
