Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement advertising campaigns aligned with business and client goals
- Advise business and clients on advertising strategies and platforms to reach targeted audiences effectively
- Coordinate all elements of campaign production including artwork, media buying, scripting, and placement
- Sell and promote digital advertising packages including SEO/SEA services
- Conduct market research and performance reporting to inform strategy and adjust campaigns
- Guide clients on pricing strategies based on campaign outcomes and ROI metrics
- Analyse campaign performance data and recommend content or strategy updates to improve reach and results
- Collaborate with internal specialists (SEO/SEA/Design) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business and client growth
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, particularly SEO, SEA, and social media
- Excellent communication, analysis, and reporting skills
- Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification)
- Experience in this type of work withing the Health and/or Disability industry will be highly desirable

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
