**Your role**
- The Contract Officer plays a vital role within the Department of Communities and Justice, supporting the delivery of infrastructure services through effective contract management. Positioned within the Capital Planning & Investment team under Corporate Services, this role ensures that the Infrastructure Support Services Agreement (ISSA) is administered efficiently, aligning with government policies and delivering value-for-money outcomes.
**What you’ll do**
- As part of the Infrastructure Support Services Team within Infrastructure and Assets division, you will be responsible for but not limited to; administering contracts, maintaining accurate records, and supporting performance monitoring and risk management. The role involves developing and implementing contract management plans, liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders, and analysing contract data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The officer also contributes to strategic planning and ensures compliance with procurement frameworks and organisational standards.
