**About the role**:
Our client is the global leader in in fleet management, providing a superior client experience and tailored solutions across more than 40 countries. They are renown for their great culture, customer focus and expertise in making leasing and fleet management less complicated and more efficient for their customers.

As Contracts Specialist, Fleet Partnership Solutions, you will working in a high-performance team culture and continuous improvement mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless end to end terminations process of all contracts. You will be working within a team environment to ensure that contracts are terminated in line with all contractual agreements with accuracy in a timely manner to meet all departments success metrics.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop relationships with clients, ensuring outcomes are met.
- Manage wing to wing the termination process for all our funded leases.
- Provide efficient and effective customer service to all external and internal customer queries.
- Ensure the smooth running of the novated terminations and reconciliation washout process.
- Provide quotes for both early termination & end of lease payouts within agreed SLA's internally and externally.
- Ensure smooth EFT processing of unfunded vehicle/client owned sales to clients efficiently.

To be successful in the role you have:

- Accounts receivables / Invoicing process knowledge
- Solid experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to articulate clear and concise messages.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
- Self-Motivated and proactive in problem solving.
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Relevant industry experience will be recognised including fleet management, car hire, leasing and finance is ideal.
- Strong understanding of novated fleet leasing products and process knowledge, will be highly regarded.
- A great deal of initiative, resourcefulness and sense of ownership to deliver great outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
