**The Opportunity**:
Based on the customer site, the purpose of the Fleet Manager is to become familiar with our customers’ needs, suggest/implement improvements for increased efficiencies and provide a timely and professional response to customer enquiries securing a maximum market share of machine, parts and service sales. Furthermore, the Fleet Manager will be responsible for guiding and assisting Komatsu Service Technicians on site, developing our people’s skills, and improving the Service Departments workflow.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- A person who is focused on positive customer outcomes
- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter or H/V Electrician with open cut mine site experience or similar (desirable)
- Experience with supervising a workgroup
- Able to use Microsoft Office software, in particular, Microsoft Xcel
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Someone willing and able to provide customer feedback during critical points of a job
