You'll learn a lot, I promise. It's a very autonomous environment and people enjoy freedom to develop and learn on the go - fair to say they fail fast and learn from their mistakes, and work in a pretty agile way. The whole company enjoys a hybrid and flexible approach to WFH/Office. Generally, you can expect to be 3 days in office and 2 days WFH but nothing is set in stone here. Be where you need to be and deliver great work Salary wise, it's competitive for the level of experience. There is a salary range up to $65k + super. Let's Go
