Promotion Officer, Digital Marketing Specialist

**Position Overview**:
The Promotion Officer, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Technical Support role is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing promotional activities to enhance brand presence, attract new clients within the NDIS sector, and provide technical support for digital marketing tools and systems. This position involves coordinating marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting the company’s technical needs to ensure smooth operation of digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase awareness of the company's services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Utilize both traditional and digital channels to maximize campaign reach.

**Content Creation**:

- Create engaging promotional content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, brochures, and the company website.
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant with NDIS guidelines, and reflective of the company's brand values.

**Event Coordination**:

- Organize and manage promotional events, including community outreach programs, workshops, and industry conferences.
- Represent the company at events to engage with potential clients and stakeholders.

**Social Media and Digital Marketing Management**:

- Oversee social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Generate trend analysis for social media content and collaborate with senior management to optimize engagement.
- Monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness of promotional efforts.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Use CRM platforms to identify and nurture opportunities for business growth.

**Technical Support**:

- Assist with the integration and configuration of new digital tools and platforms as needed.
- Ensure optimal performance of the company's website and other digital assets.
- Support the maintenance of databases, including managing MySQL and MongoDB, and ensuring data accuracy.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, community organizations, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for joint promotional activities.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct research to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Use research findings to inform promotional strategies and activities.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the outcomes and effectiveness of promotional efforts.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all promotional activities comply with NDIS regulations and company quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $64,011.61 - $130,266.97 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
