We are looking for an experienced **Contract Manager **for our Melbourne HQ.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare Sales Quotations
- Freight Quoting, Freight Booking etc.
- Client’s communication
- Past Client’s service
- Order Lodgements
- Ad hoc Sales Activities as assigned by the Management

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and client-based.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Contracts Manager role or similar
- Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Desire to interact with different cultures.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Contract management: 5 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
