**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager, the Sales Representative is primarily responsible for growing the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-planning the geographic area of sales calls.
- Meeting KPIs and benchmarks on physical calls, conversions and sales targets.
- Daily data entry into Customer Relationship Management. (CRM)
- Provide input into developing an effective sales plan that will maximise customer conversion rates in conjunction with Business Manager.
- Provide constructive feedback on what will help to increase the acquisition of new business.
- Assist the customer service team as required.

**About you**:
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- experience in a similar role and industry exposure preferred, but not essential.
- B2B sales experience, preferred
- a warm and friendly personality, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- the ability to work well within a broader team environment as well as thrive on working independently in the field.
- A valid driver’s licence.

Floral image provides on the job training and specific skills training in respect to territory planning, sales and customer service process and approach, presentation of our flowers and use of proprietary technology to help make the sales and invoicing process as seamless and efficient as possible.
