As the first physical point of contact with the dealership, the Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a warm, efficient, and seamless service driveway experience for all customers.

**Your Impact**
- Providing excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and presentable driveway, greeting customers warmly, managing traffic flow, and ensuring customer vehicles are inspected and photographed for external damage.
- Assisting customers with installation of protective materials in their vehicles, checking wiper/washer fluid levels, conducting free battery tests, and tyre pressure checks.
- Escorting customers to their vehicles, service loan vehicles, or waiting areas, and offering refreshments.
- Moving customer vehicles into the workshop and appropriate work bays after driveway inspection, managing site parking, and ensuring customer loan vehicles are fuelled and cleaned.
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, updating customers on vehicle readiness, and assisting the Service Advisor team during overflow.
- Participating in daily facility maintenance, ensuring a tidy environment, presenting the yard and external display to a satisfactory level daily, and carrying out other miscellaneous duties.
- Complying with all health, safety, and hygiene policies, systems, and OH&S legislation to maintain an appropriate working environment, and reporting all incidents, accidents, injuries, hazards, or property damage as per the company policy.

**Your Talents**
- Valid Victorian driver's license, with a current or willingness to obtain a Light-rigid heavy vehicle license
- Qualified Automotive Technician preferred or familiarity with automotive repairs and maintenance
- Sound knowledge of brand products and services, and administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong team player with effective collaboration skills
- Previous experience as a Service Driveway Coordinator is an advantage
