**The Role**

As Regional Workforce Coordinator you will hold responsibility for coordinating our Casual Workforce across our locations with a focus on our East region. This will involve providing direct line management support and regularly engaging with our teams to understand their levels of engagement and ongoing availability for work.

Embedded into our team based in Lilydale you will be supported as part of our centralised Workforce Hub responsible for delivering effective workforce outcomes across our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with our casual workforce ensuring they feel connected and engaged
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Casual Workforce Engagement Strategy (in conjunction with our Outcomes team and HR)
- Provide feedback on performance
- Contribute to the management of reported health and safety incidents
- Contribute to local recruitment campaigns including attending interviews
- Manage the induction and onboarding process (in conjunction with HR)
- Maintain accurate data and information relating to the Casual Workforce
- Provide regular reporting and analysis
- Demonstrated Rostering experience and/or Recruitment experience (Internal or agency) or experience working within the disability sector
- Demonstrated understanding of staffing structures and workforce planning processes
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce and to engage collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong logístical and time management skills
- Excellent organisational skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
