**Job Description**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator wanting a 12- months fixed term contract. Responsible to coordinate and perform all transactional procurement activities, including, but not limited to:

- Convert all requisitions to purchase orders
- Ensure all main store catalogues are maintained up to date
- Administer and monitor supplier onboarding and associated compliance
- Ensure all procurement transactional KPI’s are met
- Provide training and support to stakeholders in procurement processes
- Analysis and reporting of procurement activities for continuous improvement
- Manage and coordinate procurement communications including SharePoint, Mailbox, Newsletters and Announcements
- Coordinate Supplier Management initiatives including Annual Supplier Evaluations, Supplier SelfAssessment Questionnaires and Supplier Base Reduction
- Assist the Procurement Manager and Category Specialists with project work.
- Provide excellent customer service to the business
- Provide support to all Procurement team members

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in procurement
- Sound understanding of end-to-end procurement process
- Business engagement capabilities at all levels of a matrix style organisation
- Ability to project manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong data analysis and reporting capability
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time to meet deadlines
- Oracle system experience highly desirable
- Preferably knowledgeable in Oracle or similar ERP system
