Founded in 2007, from what started as small crew of shutdown specialists, and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,400 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our existing Procurement team on a permanent full-time basis and working from our CBD Head Office.

**THE ROLE**

As a Procurement Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- Managing the procurement shared mail inbox
- Assisting with business requests for pricing enquires
- Supporting E-Procurement requests
- Assisting with materials requisitions and issuing Purchase Orders accordingly
- Assisting with goods receipting in Pronto and high-volume invoice loading
- Providing administration support to ensure all monthly processing deadlines are met
- Assist Accounts and Procurement teams with other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Understanding of the “Procure to Pay” process
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Outlook as a workflow tool
- Ability to process high volume supplier/subcontractor invoices
- Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or Account experience is desirable
- Good receipting in high volumes
- Pronto ERP experience is highly desirable
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting or Engineering or related experience
