**About the Position**

As we are streamlining our Supply Chain division, we're excited to offer a permanent, full-time opportunity for a Procurement Officer to be part of Terra Mining’s supply chain operations. You will be contributing to the overall success of the procurement activities across Terra Mining projects by ensuring the efficient procurement of materials and services for Terra Mining’s projects.

Reporting to the Procurement Superintendent, the Procurement Officer will work Monday to Friday in our head office in West Perth and will travel to projects when needed to assist with their supply chain operations.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Manage the overall purchasing process from vendor selection to order delivery.
- Review and ensure all purchase requisitions are raised correctly in line with Terra Mining’s policy and procurement procedure.
- Work closely with the end user to coordinate and manage the transportation ensuring a timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, logistics and end users.
- Assist with the resolution of PO issues, queries and discrepancies.

**What You Will Bring to Terra Mining**
- Proven experience in Procurement (min. 2 years) in the mining or resource industry.
- A tertiary qualification in business is desired.
- Strong experience in purchasing activities, inventory management and supply systems.
- Experience using MS Office Suite and ERP software (MEX preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude to safety and teamwork.
