Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis.

THE ROLE

As a Procurement Coordinator you will be joining and existing team of five, responsible for "procure to pay" activities required to meet the purchasing/procurement requirements of all company departments and related businesses. The position will focus on the timely validation, input and processing of invoices received from external suppliers/contractors that support our diverse and growing business.

Duties include:

  • Validating and processing invoices as part of the procure to pay process
  • Managing vendor queries to resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicating and negotiating with new and existing vendors in relation to payment terms and other vendor portfolio requirements
  • Managing high-volume shared email inbox
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders in relation to all vendor payment queries
  • Assisting with goods receipting of Purchase Orders using Pronto
  • Supporting other procurement activities as required
  • Solving problems by recommending and implementing the most efficient solution

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have similar experience, ideally in a mining, mining contracting or similar business. You will be able be able to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced high volume environment and be able to work effectively as part of a team with a willingness to share work as required.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Understanding of the general "Procure to Pay" process
  • Experience using the Pronto or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Outlook and M-files as a workflow tool
  • Experience and training in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounts Payable
  • A related tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Engineering is advantageous
