Our client is a world class mining company that export worldwide. They are currently seeking an individual experienced in export coordination to join their team.

The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting customer liaison activities, ensuring all required documentation, communication and overall service is managed to a high standard, ensuring this company maintains its first-class reputation with its customers.

Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, responsibilities will include:

- Involvement in the production planning process and logistics to arrange deliveries (shipping dates) of products in accordance with customer requirements
- Liaise with General Manager Marketing and customers to ensure correct and relevant details of all orders are correctly recorded into the customer management system and sales order confirmations are issued for each sales transaction
- Ensure that the overall service and response to customers is excellent
- Liaise with relevant operational personnel to ensure customer expectations are managed and sales commitments match our ability to deliver
