Senior Marketing Officer

**Your new role**

As a Marketing Officer, you will work closely with a team of experts to develop marketing plans that align with business objectives. You'll have a deep understanding of the market and be able to identify new opportunities from growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including conducting audience research, creating content, and measuring success
- Write copy
- Manage the company's website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines
- Take the lead on some marketing services requests, ensuring that requests are prioritised and executed successfully
- Ensure that member information is accurate and up-to-date and that members receive relevant communications and updates
- Optimise the company's platforms, tools, and software and making recommendations for which ones to keep, replace, and invest in further
- Provide excellent customer service across all channels
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's services and work closely with other teams to ensure that customer needs are met
- Support other team members, provide guidance and support as they develop their skills and expertise but also able to work autonomously
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall marketing strategy, working closely with other teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- COVID-19 vaccination confirmation (at least 3 doses)
- Negative RAT result prior to start date
- Passport or birth certificate
- NDIS Check (for risk assessed roles and all roles that will come into contact with clients) or National Police Clearance (for non-risk assessed roles at Subiaco only)
- Driver’s licence (front and back)
- 2x references (professional, ideally previous manager) using the AWA reference check form
- Evidence of any other qualifications (e.g. first aid/CPR) or professional registrations
