**Job description**
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disabilities? RISU Care is seeking a dedicated and organised Client Services Assistant to support our growing team in delivering person-centred care and high-quality services under the NDIS.
**About the Role**
As a Client Services Assistant, you will work closely with the Client Services Manager to ensure seamless service delivery for our participants. This role involves a mix of administration, stakeholder communication, monitoring participant progress, and supporting daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate participant records, care plans and service agreements
- Assist with rostering, scheduling and team meeting coordination
- Monitor daily notes and participant progress; escalate concerns as required
- Liaise with participants, families, and service providers
- Assist in reporting, feedback tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
**What We’re Looking For**
- Recent experience in disability, aged care, or community health
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient with OneDrive, Brevity or similar platforms
- A genuine commitment to participant rights and person-centred care
**Requirements**:
- Relevant qualification in Diploma of Community Services, Disability, Social Services, Nursing or similar
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Available 5 days
