**Your new role**

This organisation are seeking an experienced Organisational Effectiveness Consultant to drive projects which contribute to the HR function’s efficiency and effectiveness of the employee experience.

Your new role:

- Effectively delivering the key stages of the employee lifecycle and providing the HR Business Partner team with support on delivering the key milestones of various stages of this cycle e.g. My Success (performance cycle), talent and succession planning.
- Working on various improvements projects to enhance process, procedures and systems relating to onboarding, performance management, development, talent, succession planning, cross boarding, and separation.
- Providing super user support for our talent management systems.
- Embedding new processes relating to employee voice/listening and continuous enhancement of our employee experience.
- Undertaking reporting and analysis to measure the effectiveness of organisational effectiveness interventions.

**What you need to succeed**:
The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following:

- Previous experience in a human resources or organisational development role.
- Previous experience in enhancing business process and procedures relating to onboarding, performance management, development, talent, succession planning, cross boarding, and separation.
- Demonstrated experience in being a super user/advanced user of HR information systems (previous experience with HR Onboard or Success Factors will be highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate mutual beneficial outcomes.
- Solid understanding of change management and processes to ensure successful implementation of workplace change.
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
