Located at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic Finance team to support operations, this is a permanent position and is available for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to join a globally expanding organisation with a product focus.

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing intermediate-level skills in utilising formulas, functions, formatting, sorting, and conducting V-lookups.
- Familiarity with JDE or other ERP systems would be advantageous.
- While not mandatory, prior experience in interpreting ABN/ACN/ASIC and PPSR data/registrations would be highly valued.
- A basic understanding of GST rules is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing data.
- Capable of working autonomously with mínimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Exposure to a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment and experience with reconciliations would be advantageous.

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry/Processing
- Reconciliation of Customer Accounts
- Debt collection and Delinquent Debtor reporting
- Allocation of payments
- Processing credit card payments
- General office administration.
