Caprice Paper Products is a manufacturing company based in Kilsyth Victoria. A market leader within the industry, with 30 years’ experience supplying paper products to a variety of industries Australia wide.
**About the Role**:
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
This position reports to the Managing Director as a key business partner.
You are a savvy commercial finance leader with excellent business partnering skills who can manage a variety of stakeholders. You will have the ability to present business analysis effectively, whilst always ensuring the integrity of the financial data. Furthermore you will have a strong operational background with day to day responsibility for managing critical operating activities of the company.
**Key Duties**:
- Provide leadership, direction and management, on all financial matters in the business.
- Management and preparation of the financial accounts including, budgeting, forecasting of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Develop financial models and provide executive management and directors with recommendations on the financial implication of business operations/activities.
- Providing management and leadership of the operations and collaborates with department leaders to build a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive and ensure successful operational objectives are met.
- Provides timely and accurate reporting of operational metrics and KPIs to drive business growth and opportunities.
- Management of other central functions such as IT, HR & OH&S to ensure governance and compliance for the business and taking corrective action when necessary.
**About You**:
- Professional accounting qualification (or working towards completion) (CPA/CA)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate and manage well at all levels.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Ability to manage and meeting reporting deadlines
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
- High attention to detail
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Excellent operational knowledge from sales processes through to manufacturing and distribution of goods
- Demonstrated experience at a Senior level including working with, advising and/or supporting Boards and Executive team in achieving sustainable financial and operational management
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Exposure to lean manufacturing an advantage
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as CFO and Operational management
qualification BA in Accounting or Finance, Business or MBA, and/or CPA highly desirable

**Salary**: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Kilsyth, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
