**How you can help make a better world of work**
We are looking for an exceptional Performance and Talent Lead to help us build, scale and evolve our approach to performance management and talent across Culture Amp globally.
In part of this team of amazing humans,
- You will_
- Refine our performance management and talent processes to ensure we are continuously improving our approach
- Engage with senior leaders and people leaders to ensure they actively support and participate in our performance management and talent processes
- Collaborate with and align People Partners and other Centres of Excellence around roles, responsibilities and process management
- Enable People Partners to successfully lead and drive the performance management and talent processes
- Develop, implement and evaluate documentation and training to guide People Leaders and employees through our performance management and talent processes
- Solicit feedback from employees and leaders, plus conduct external research and benchmarking, in order to evolve our performance management and talent processes
- Proactively partner with Product Managers and People Science to align our internal programs with People Science guidance, give feedback on our platform and help to facilitate experiments to inform product improvements
- You have_
- A degree in human resources, org psychology or equivalent
- Deep knowledge and experience in performance management and talent management
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders to solve problems that have an impact
- Successfully led global projects with multiple stakeholders
- You are_
