**About the Role**

Provide support to the Medical Office in their engagement with healthcare practitioners to deliver better outcomes

**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Healthcare Outcome Support Officer you will:

- Support the monitoring of healthcare practitioner risk issues and incidents and assist the team with actions and responses
- Provide first point of contact and monitor, manage and refer queries relating to concerns or queries regarding healthcare practitioner issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal business areas
- Prepare information and data for analysis, communication, presentations, and reporting
- Provide quality assurance checks on data, information, presentations and correspondence
- Maintain and update records, processes, procedures and databases to ensure information is current, accurate and compliant with system and business requirements

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in healthcare environment, workers compensation or other personal injury insurance
- Demonstrated attention to detail combined with the ability to think analytically
- Organisational skills combined with the ability to prioritise work in a high-volume environment
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and organisational skills
