Seeking 2x experienced, mature FEMALE Disability Support Workers who can support a FEMALE client with Dementia at her home and day program in BELFIELD NSW 2191.
- Responsibilities:_
- Providing companionship to the client
- To engage client with activities/ games
- Assist client to her day program by driving he there and providing emotional support by being present during the program
- Requirements:_
- Experience with Dementia Care
- Cert 3 or 4 in Aged Care/Individual Support
- First Aid/CPR
- NDIS Clearances & Relevant Modules completed
- National Police Check
- Driving Licence/ own vehicle
- Immunisation up-to-date
- Competent English and excellent communication skills
- Able to travel to Belfield NSW 2191 via own transport as required to transport the client
- Available shifts: Mon, Tues & Fri 9:30am - 6pm OR Wed & Thurs 3pm - 6pm
- Non Essential but highly favourable:_
- Available immediately or with short notice
- Mature, easy going and calm in nature, good with English and can adapt to changes to cater for the client's care plan
- Job Types: _ Permanent, Part-Time, Full-Time
