Greek-Speaking Support Worker

**About the Role**
We are looking for a compassionate **Greek-speaking Support Worker** to assist clients in their homes and community. You’ll help older adults and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence and quality of life, while also ensuring culturally appropriate support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care (e.g., showering, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and shopping
- Offer emotional support and companionship in Greek and English
- Support community access and transport to appointments
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate progress notes

**What We’re Looking For**
- Fluency in Greek and English (essential)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or currently studying
- Previous experience in home care, disability, or aged care preferred
- Current Police Check, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR
- Reliable, empathetic, and committed to client wellbeing
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (preferred)
