About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate Greek-speaking Support Worker to assist clients in their homes and community. You'll help older adults and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence and quality of life, while also ensuring culturally appropriate support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care (e.g., showering, dressing, grooming)
  • Assist with meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and shopping
  • Offer emotional support and companionship in Greek and English
  • Support community access and transport to appointments
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate progress notes

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Greek and English (essential)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or currently studying
  • Previous experience in home care, disability, or aged care preferred
  • Current Police Check, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR
  • Reliable, empathetic, and committed to client wellbeing
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (preferred)
