**Portfolio Retail Delivery Manager**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the Portfolio Retail Delivery Manager you will be responsible for leading, developing and managing a team of retail delivery managers responsible for the tenancy delivery program on some of Australia’s largest retail shopping centres. The portfolio of centres is primarily in Victoria and includes both static centres and those earmarked for major redevelopment.

**DUTIES**
- Lead the team to deliver the retail tenancy program on time and to budget
- Liaise with centre management and leasing teams on developing tenant strategies
- Track and report on all retail delivery project across the portfolio
- Lead any issue of conflict resolution with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive the internal and external project teams to achieve all major milestones

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree qualification in Construction, Property or similar
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a retail shopping centre environment
- Well developed people leadership ability
- Previous experience leading teams who are managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong retail project delivery experience
- Experience in programming, planning and contract administration
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
