**About the role**:
CMC has been engaged by Tweed Shire Council to undertake the design and construction restoration of four major landslips along the Tweed River following the heavy rain and flooding event of February 2022.

In order to deliver these important works for the local community, we are now seeking an experienced Project Administration Assistant to join our talented team.

Based in our site office in Murwillumbah, your hours will be 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday and you will be responsible for your project’s administration, reporting, timesheets, purchase orders, reconciling invoices, travel bookings, and end-of-month functions.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Collecting, scanning, filing, and distributing paperwork;
- Data Entry;
- Invoice and docket matching;
- Generating purchase orders;
- Handling correspondence;
- Maintaining registers;
- Timesheet entry;
- Travel and accommodation bookings;
- General Administration duties;
- Assisting the project team as required.

- Currently living a commutable distance to Murwillumbah;
- Recent experience of office-based and/or on-site project delivery;
- Experience with the processing and collating of timesheets;
- A minimum of 12 months experience preparing and reconciling purchase orders, invoicing, and end-of-month reporting;
- Ideally, hold a relevant Business Administration qualification (Cert 3/Cert 4/Diploma);
- Be a team player with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude;
- The ability to facilitate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Enjoys and thrives working in a busy team environment;
- Good working knowledge of the Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- A current open driver’s licence.
