Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator located in Murwillumbah, NSW. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract negotiations, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as managing procurement activities, analyzing and evaluating contract documents, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The Contract Administrator will support project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating contract documents
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders
- Experience in Procurement activities
- Relevant qualifications and experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
