This WHS Administration role is located in Tweed Heads and reports to the Coordinator WHS. This role offers diversity in tasks and activities, ranging from the fundamental administration requirements through to supporting project delivery. The role is an integral part of the team providing a broad range of administrative support to Work Health & Safety, Health and Wellbeing and Injury Management.
**Responsibilities include**:
- maintain all WHS registers, and databases
- generate WHS reports and collate data to produce reporting metrics
- contribute to the delivery of WHS projects and health and wellbeing programs
- provide support to safety committees and corporate meetings by generating reports, agendas and minutes.

Other skills and experience:
- experience in general administration, reporting and document management
- understanding of the WHS and / or Injury Management function (desirable)
- strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

**Essential**:
- Certificate IV in Administration, Work Health and Safety or Human Resources, plus relevant work experience
- Demonstrated competence in general administrative and clerical tasks such as telephone/reception skills, record keeping, photocopying, production, retrieval, manipulation and storage of documents
- Demonstrated ability to perform independent research and prepare simple reports
- Demonstrated competence in electronic minute taking.
**Desirable**:
- Familiarity with and experience in WHS within an organisational context
