Executive Administrative Assistant

The role provides comprehensive administrative assistance to the Office of the General Manager, as well as secretariat support to the Executive Leadership Team and Council meetings.
**About the role**:
- works in collaboration with the Personal Assistant to the General Manager, Personal Assistant to the Mayor and Councillors, and the Executive Officer
- liaises with State Government Departmental staff, Ministers, and their staff
- provides a reception service to the Executive Offices
- prepares agendas, minute taking and arranging workshops for Councillors.

**We are seeking**:
- an experienced professional working in a similar role
- proficient in electronic minute management
- utilise corporate record management and financial systems clerical and Microsoft product experience
- attention to detail.
