**Introduction**:
The Family Care Enrolments Coordinator role is responsible for providing efficient, accurate administrative duties to assist in the onboarding of our families. It is essential that you are self-driven and have exceptional attention to detail ensuring a high standard of verifying documentation ensuring we always meet compliance. The core duty in this role is also the data entry of all Green Leaves Enrolments and onboarding documentation. Occasionally this will include liaising with Centre Administrators to discuss enrolment requirements.

**General Duties include**:
Obtain and evaluate all relevant onboarding documentation for families.
Set up New Customer Accounts
Set up Direct Debit Details
General team relief related to answering and transferring calls, ensuring appropriate and accurate messages
Verifying accuracy and completeness of data
Assist with adhoc Operations projects and initiatives as required, including legislative changes.
Adhoc administration as allocated from the Family Care Manager (this may include assisting elsewhere within the Family Care team during times of greater demand)

Essential qualifications/experience/skills

Exceptional Customer Service Skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities and managing time effectively.
Data Accuracy and Speed
Goal and outcome focused.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce system
QikKids Experience
State relevant Working with Children Check, Blue Card or Safety Screening
Police check
