**The Role**

We are on the hunt for 2 super star Support workers, who genuinely cares and enjoys helping individuals maintain greater independence. It is Important to understand every individual’s needs and how they wish to continue living. You will join a fast growing business that offers career progression, training, monthly recognition, Christmas parties and more.

Locations: Flinders View QLD

Hours: You will be working a rotating fortnightly roster of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, due to client's husband working away for FIFO.

The client requires support Monday to Sunday 5pm -10pm to help with dinner and her bedtime routine over the two weeks.
The client also requires AM support for the Saturday and Sunday 9am - 12noon to help with breakfast/morning routine and/or community transport over the two weeks.
(This roster will be 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off)

Female SW required for personal care shifts. No language barriers due to communication needs.

**You must be qualified and have minimum 12 months worked experience,**

- Squalor and Hoarding cleaning

**Skills and Requirements**

It is a requirement to have had at least 12 months experience in this industry and all up to date certifications to be qualified for an interview.
- Police Check
- Blue card
- Ndis Workers screening
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid Certification
- Cert 3 in Disability or Aged care
- NDIS Mandatory training cert (we can provide training)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $85.00 per hour
