**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking caring and committed people to support a 46-year-old man with an acquired brain injury to remain living independently at home by helping her achieve daily activities such as
- Duties Include
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation
- Bowel and Catheter care

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:

- Week 1: Saturday - 15:00 - 21:30 and Monday - 07:00 - 13:30
- Week 2: Saturday - 06:45 - 09:00 and 15:00 - 21:30
- Sunday - 06:45 - 09:00, Monday - 07:00 - 13:30, Tuesday - 21:30 - 07:00 (overnight sleepver)

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
