We are seeking Support Workers who are compassionate, motivated, and ready to make a difference every day. Whether you're experienced or new to disability support, if you bring heart and commitment, we'll provide the training and growth opportunities to set you up for success.

\About the Role

In this role, you'll:

  • Provide personalised daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage independence and help participants engage in hobbies, social activities, and community access.
  • Follow tailored support plans and collaborate with families and our care team.
  • Promote dignity, safety, and inclusion in every interaction.
  • Enjoy autonomy in managing day-to-day support tasks while knowing you're backed by a supportive team.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to participants' needs.
  • Experience in disability support or mental health (desirable, not essential).

Requirements:

  • First Aid & CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
