We are currently looking for a passionate leader in the Food & Beverage industry to join the management team within our In Room Dining Department servicing The Star Grand and Forbes 5 star Hotel The Darling. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor will need to be dynamic, well presented, pro-active to the needs of our guests, culturally sensitive and a real people person. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the department and effective supervision of the team.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous food & beverage leadership experience, with a sound food & beverage knowledge (IRD and/or Hotel experience highly regarded)
- Exceptional, world-class standards in guest service excellence, with a natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
- Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation
- Highly organised and eager, with a high attention to detail
- A current RSA Statement of Attainment
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and overnight shifts)
