Overview:
**About the Role**:
Our Risk, Audit and Compliance team is growing We have a fantastic opportunity for a Risk, Audit and Compliance advisor to join our national team of GB’s Risk and Compliance professionals, based in our Victorian Claims Teams.

In this role, you will support our Workers Compensation business unit in undertaking a variety of activities with relation to supporting our Compliance function, from undertaking monthly audit activities with relation work cover claims management and performance measures, building risk profiles pertinent to the business unit, and communicating risks to the Risk Manager and business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Promoting a positive risk & compliance culture within the Victorian business unit
- Playing a key role in successfully meeting the auditing requirements of the Victorian business unit’s Compliance, Audit & Control Program
- Fulfilling internal compliance audits adhering to the Annual Compliance Audit Calendar
- Fostering open, transparent and trusting relationships with our internal and external clients
- Providing advice and value add services to our internal and external clients
- Monitoring and maintaining GB’s Risk Management Framework

Qualifications:
**We’re looking for a motivated new team member who also has**:

- Experience in embedding and maintaining risk and compliance frameworks
- Industry related experience in workers compensation, other insurance types and/or risk and compliance is ideal, but not essential
- Strong communication skills Well-developed customer service skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills
- Report writing, research and analysis ability
- Stakeholder management experience
