Established in 2010, we are a private allied health company with 6 locations and over 80 staff members. We are dedicated to assisting the lives of others through exceptional health care services. As a leading allied health care company, we provide a range of services including Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Music Therapy and Education.

Your Role
As our Recruitment Agent you play a vital role in our company’s growth by identifying, attracting and recruiting talented individuals to join our allied health team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Market research and analysis - stay up to date with industry trend, salary benchmarks and market demands to effectively compete for top talent as well as provide insights and recommendations to optimise recruitment strategies.
- Maintaining employee life cycle including conducting new staff orientation day, issuing employment contracts, maintaining staff documents.
- Manage the company’s recruitment database.
Essential Criterion
- Positive, creative, and flexible thinker
- Independent and a team player
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build rapport with staff
- Effective and efficient time management and organisation skills
- Access to own transport with current driver’s license
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Screener
It is a bonus if you have:
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in the health care or allied health industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking and other recruitment tools.
