**About the role**

They will have an innovative and creative approach to video, photography, and digital production paired with excellent project management skills to ensure all shoots run on schedule and to budget, resulting in highly engaging content that drives business for our clients. This will also be achieved by building strong relationships with all key internal stakeholders, as well as external agencies, clients and suppliers.

**About you**
- Strongly developed experience in advertising creative production management
- Knowledge and experience in the technical processes underpinning photography and video production and post-production
- A creative mind that can identify visual ideas and recommend the best ways to bring them to life
- Strong knowledge of all areas of production to quote jobs from small scale to large complex shoots
- Ability to efficiently manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload consisting of creative production pitch costings along with shoot production management
- Ability to build strong relationships with production suppliers and talent agents to negotiate the best production solutions and deals
- Understanding client briefs and management of creative resources to fulfill briefs
- Ability to coordinate a wide range of resources/stakeholders to assist in the achievement of brief objectives
- Ideally 3 years experience in the industry in producing or similar roles
