Insurance Agent

Teachers Health is looking for a proactive and self-motivated professional who is just as passionate about existing members as they are potential members to join our Engagement Team. We have a permanent full-time position available.

**What would you do as our Insurance Agent?**

Converting leads into new policies through effective use of the CRM system

Manage ‘at risk’ policyholders through key periods.

Identify optimisation opportunities of nurture programs

Provide insights into potential and existing policy holders behaviour to identify new growth or retention opportunities.

Other tasks and projects related to department goals as required.

The successful person will demonstrate great flexibility, willingly suggest new methods, and provide support for all team members. Innovative thinking, establishing new processes and drive for results will also play a key role in the success of both the team and the individuals.

**How does your experience fit?**

A history of converting leads to sales

Relevant tertiary qualifications or around 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Great computer proficiency

Strong verbal and written skills

Proven time management skills
