**The Department**

The SBS Media Sales team is looking for a passionate Digital Sales Coordinator who wants to learn the ins and outs of digital sales in a supporting role.

**The Role**

Reporting into the NSW Digital Sales Manager within our SBS Media sales team this role will see you supporting our media sales fucntion, and being a part of a highly recognisable and distinguished brand.
- Assisting Digital Sales Operations team (including organising reports, coordinating events, building sales booking, checking inventory and other administrative tasks)
- Ensuring digital campaigns are processed in the digital booking system and ad server (GAM)
- Assisting in developing sales collateral for clients
- Training new sales staff to use the digital booking and inventory management sales tools to create proposals for clients
- Delivering and maintaining and excellent customer service to our with clients
- Providing digital package recommendations for broader cross-platform sales proposals by working with other divisions within SBS Media

**About you**
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about great content and understands why SBS On Demand is so unique. Whether it’s the latest film you’ve seen or TV show you’re watching, you love to talk about it and share your recommendations with the team You are keen to learn new technologies and work autonomously as well as in a team. Ideally, you would have:

- An understanding of marketing, digital media and/or advertising highly regarded
- Experience in online media is favourable
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and be keen to learn new software packages
- Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail is a must
- A tertiary education is preferred
