This large and fast growing financial services firm is is in the process of expanding their sustainable finance team. They currently require an Administration, Marketing & Events Officer to help their team with the day-to-day running of their operations. This is a permanent, full time role that will be based in North Sydney with free street parking nearby.

Working in a small but friendly team, you will be involved in all aspects of the office administration function with the major responsibilities as below:

- Managing Team calendar (inc arranging meetings and tracking deliverables such as emissions reporting, sustainability reporting, PRI reporting, WGEA reporting, Modern Slavery Statements)
- Schedule client engagement
- Coordinate memberships and sustainability initiatives (including working groups and projects with external consultants)
- Prepare material for interviews, conferences, panel discussions, meetings with investors and borrowers (prepare slides and speaking points)
- Internal & external event coordination

Your career to date will demonstrate the ability to work in a highly professional, corporate climate. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks easily. Whilst not a pre-requisite, a strong knowledge of MS Suite systems would be highly advantageous, as will your attention to detail and enthusiasm for your job.
