As the **Sales and Marketing Coordinator**, you will play a vital role in driving our growth by developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing all sales activities. Your work will directly impact our brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop Marketing Campaigns**: Create and implement both online and offline marketing strategies to promote our detailing services, including special packages, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.
- **Content Creation & Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business. Design engaging content (posts, stories, ads, etc.) to boost engagement and attract new clients.
- **Customer Engagement**: Strengthen relationships with current customers by sending targeted offers, collecting feedback, and encouraging referrals and reviews.
- **Event Planning**: Organize local events, promotions, and partnerships that increase brand awareness in the community.
- **Sales & Performance Tracking**: Monitor sales metrics and marketing KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, web traffic, customer acquisition costs) to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Market Research**: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to ensure AutoGleam is always ahead of the curve.
- **Brand Development**: Collaborate with the leadership team to build and maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all marketing channels.

**Qualifications**
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for designing marketing materials.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Personality**: A self-starter with a passion for marketing and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must have a results-driven mindset and the ability to think creatively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.23 - $45.73 per hour
