**The Client**:
Our client is a Property Development company seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist and support the Head of Marketing & Branding and Senior Marketing Manager, with a variety of property and corporate marketing tasks.

**The Role**:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of on-market projects as well as supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on critical administrative tasks for upcoming launches.

Duties include:

- Provide support with planning and implementing marketing campaigns for residential projects
- Manage CRM, analyse marketing campaigns and performance data and produce detailed reports
- Website maintenance
- Act as invaluable support for campaign launches including coordinating suppliers and production of collateral
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales, marketing, and operation material & collateral, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Social media management
- Organise and participate in purchaser and developer events
- Conduct market research to gain insights on competitor activity and market trends
- Draft communications for internal presentations
- Provide general admin support including managing team diaries
- Hold a Bsc degree in Marketing or relevant other field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, detail orientated and diligent
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Team player
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
- Creative flair - experience with Adobe creative suite would be preferred

To be successful in this role you will be a Marketing Coordinator/university graduate with an interest in marketing and property.
